Privacy notice for the early-access list
Last updated 24 September 2026. This notice covers the sign-up form on ten2date.com. The app will have its own full privacy policy before launch.
What we collect
- Your first name
- Your mobile number or email address
- Your city, how you identify, and who you're interested in
- Your confirmation that you're 18 or older, and your consent to this notice
- The referral code you arrived with, if any, and your browser type
Why we collect it
Only to hold your place on the waiting list, decide when your city has enough people to open, and contact you with your invite. We show only total numbers per city on the website, never your details.
Where it is kept and for how long
Your details are stored in a private, access-controlled database hosted by Vercel in its Mumbai region. We keep them until your invite has been sent and for at most 12 months after the app launches in your city, unless you remove them sooner. We do not sell or rent your details.
Your choices
You can withdraw your consent and delete your details at any time with the form below. It takes effect immediately.
